2008 - The Year of the Chicken

TAP New York 2008 will feature one of the great International foods.... chicken. From American favorites like fried chicken and grilled chicken to international flavors like Thai chicken, Tandoori chicken, curried chicken... the possibilities are nearly endless.

Chef Jerry Greenberg has many years experience at tropical resorts, so expect to see some Jamaican jerked chicken and other island favorites as well.
