VOLUNTEER SUPPORT

— Volunteer Application coming December 2025 —

Want to get your TAP New York ticket for (nearly) free and meet lots of new people? Then join us as a volunteer for the event!! We have a variety of tasks to make the event run smoothly, and most shifts run 2 to 2.5 hours, giving you at least 2.5 hours to enjoy the festival! Bring your friends and family and volunteer as a group!

Volunteers get the following perks:

  • Opportunity to enter the event at the same time as VIPs ($109 value) to attend the event before and after your shift — Volunteer ticket does not grant access to the VIP Lounge.

  • Get at least 2.5 hours of the event in exchange for working 2 to 2.5 hours! Volunteers who take the Morning or Evening Crews get the full 5 hours of drinking time!!

  • Opportunity to volunteer either or both days!

  • Exclusive Volunteer lanyard for easy identification!

  • Opportunity to take an RV or tent campsite at the festival location!

This event is rain or shine! Volunteers must be 21+. Volunteers cannot consume any alcohol or be visibly impaired during their shifts due to insurance and licensing requirements. Volunteer tickets to the event will be available when you check-in for your shift. More specific information about where to go and park will be emailed as we get closer to the event.

Just so you know, we will be running $2.99 on your credit card to ensure it works. Believe it or not, some people volunteer for a brewfest, take their free ticket and enjoy the event, and then forget to show up for their volunteer shift! We know you’ll show up like you promised, but if you somehow get caught up in the moment and don’t check-in, just know that we will run your card after the event for the full $109 amount.

When: Saturday, June 28, 2025 and/or Sunday, June 29, 2025
Where: Blackthorne Resort, 348 Sunside Rd., East Durham NY

Please enter the VIP Entrance and go to the Volunteer Station to receive your Volunteer Lanyard, which provides early access to the event. Check back with the Volunteer Station at least 10 minutes before your shift for additional instructions.
