We are charging a $2.99 Convenience Fee per volunteer to ensure their form of payment works. In the unlikely event that a Volunteer accepts their sampling glass and enjoys the festival, but neglects to show up for their Volunteer shift, after the event we will charge the full $109 amount per no-show volunteer to the form of payment on file.
If you get a notice that you are “Unable to Add Item” because only a certain amount are available, you can back up, and try to select similar times so you and your partners work the same time slots. In this circumstance, you may be assigned to different tasks and work separately from your friends.
